- Cultural Sensitivity: Experience working with expats and multicultural clients.
Regions I Serve:
- Australia
- United Kingdom
- Europe
- Asia
Why Choose Online Therapy?
Connecting with a therapist across borders offers unique benefits for expats, travelers, and digital nomads. Unlike local services that may be limited by geography, international online therapy allows you to find a specialist who truly understands your cultural background and specific challenges.
- Continuity of Care: If you travel frequently or move between countries, you can maintain the same therapeutic relationship without interruption.
- Specialized Expertise: Access therapists who specialize in expat adjustment, cross-cultural relationships, and international trauma, which may not be available in your immediate local area.
- Time Zone Flexibility: My schedule is designed to accommodate clients across Europe, Australia, and Asia, ensuring you can find a slot that works for your routine.
- Safe Space: Therapy conducted from your own home or a private space of your choice can reduce the anxiety of attending a new clinic in an unfamiliar city.
My Approach: Integrative Psychotherapy Online
I offer online therapy sessions that blend evidence-based approaches tailored to your unique needs. My work weaves together:
- Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
- Schema Therapy
- Emotion-Focused Therapy
- Attachment-Informed Interventions
- Psychodynamic Insights
- Trauma-Informed Strategies
A note on professional titles
Because this practice serves clients across many countries, it’s worth being upfront about how titles work. In France, where I’m based, my regulated title is psychopraticien. In English-speaking contexts, I describe my work as psychotherapy and refer to myself as a psychotherapist — a title that isn’t regulated the same way everywhere I work. My PhD is in an academic field outside clinical psychology; my clinical training is a Bachelor of Integrative Psychotherapy, and I have trained under senior supervisors in clinical psychology and psychiatry, alongside ongoing peer supervision.
If you’d like specifics on how this applies in your country, or want to see my full training background before booking, just ask — I’d rather you have that clarity upfront than discover it later.
